In this workshop, our mission was to design Taipei Light Map, and a product for LED lights of smart phones. Our group members are Pei-Xin Wang, Chung-Wei Li, Xi-Bei Huang, Shun-Cheng Xie and me.

 

While discussing about Taipei Light Map, we really appreciated the light spreading out from the ironwares which was forged by blacksmiths. Thus, we chose Xingcheng Street, an old street famous for metal fabrication, as our theme. We visited Xingcheng Street and also found some nice food around. Then we designed the map.

 

 

And about the other project, we design Star Ball—smart phone LED planetarium. We wanted to make a fun, and warm phone accessory. We thought about a planetarium which can be seen by LED lights. So we design a tiny planetarium which can be easily clipped on the phone. And finally we figured out a interesting way to sale easily— capsule toy! It can be a nice gift for everyone.
